Toyota increases its cars prices for the second time in Jan 2023

Recently, Toyota Pakistan had increased its car prices which had to be applicable from 12 Jan, 2023. However, after recently Pakistan government removed all the restrictions from the value of US Dollar in the interbank as well as the open market, the price of US Dollar seen humongous jumps and ended up at around Rs. 260 PKR as compared to restricted rate of Rs. 225 PKR. Huge increase in the Petrol & Diesel prices announced

On Sunday, Jan 29, 2023 at 10:50 am, Ishaq Dar came on national television to make some announcement. These announcement included the increase in fuel prices, including both the prices of diesel and the petrol. To be exact, prices of both were increased by Rs. 35 per litre. Also the new prices of petrol, diesel and all other petroleum products gone into effect just 10 minutes after the announcement at 11:00 am. PSX goes up by 1062 points in a day after dollar price cap removal

Currently Pakistan is in talks with International Monetary Fund (IMF) for continuation and revival of a previously on going bail out loan program. However, for this time IMF had about four conditions for Pakistan to meet, before the loan program go further. Two days physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry approved

Recently, Fawad Chaudhry, a Pakistani politician belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, was arrested by the current PDM led government. He was arrested in Lahore, his brother told media that on time of arrest no warrants were shown. Later a Lahore’s court had asked Punjab police to bring him in court but he was brought to Islamabad by Islamabad police and he was brought to a court in Islamabad. Registration of the Scarsdale School Lahore suspended over bullying incident

Recently a bullying and beating incident have been spreading like fire on social media, where few girls getting together and bullying & beating their fellow student at Scarsdale International School, Lahore. After the incident widely spread over the social media, government took the notice of the incident. Specially, Deputy Commissioner Lahore (DC Lahore) had recent arranged a meeting with all the concerned stakeholders, including parents and school. Deputy Commission Lahore revealed this in his tweets, in which he told that on the recommendation of Education Authority Lahore he heard all the concerned parties.
