Pakistan all team out on first day of third test match against England

England’s cricket team is currently on tour of Pakistan for three test match series between Pakistan and England. First two test matches were played at Rawalpindi and Multan. Both were good close fight but at the end England won the both. Now third test match have started on Dec 17, 2022 in Karachi.

In third test match Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first. However, while batting, the whole team Pakistan got out after scoring 304 runs in their first innings of test match. None of the players were able to score a hundred. Babar Azam was the top scorer, he scored 78 runs after facing 123 balls, with 9 bounderies.

After Babar Azam, second best scorer was Agha Salman who scored 56 runs after facing 93 ball, with 6 boundaries. Other than than Azhar Ali scored 45 while Shan Masood scored 30 runs. All other players got out without even getting to 25 runs. So this way overall Pakistan team was able to score just 304 runs.

From England bowling side, Jack Leach took 4 wickets, Rehan Ahmed took 2 wickets, Ollie Robinson, Mark Wood and Joe Root were able to take 1 wicket each.

Later on England’s first innings started but it was almost end of day, so they just played three overs. In first three overs of England’s first innings, team England one wicket of Zak Crawley. Zak Crawley gone for a duck after facing five balls, his wicket was taken by the Abrar Ahmed.

So the summary of third test match between Pakistan and England until now goes like this. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first. Pakistan’s all team got out after scoring 304 runs. As team England started its first innings, they lost an early wicket in the very first over. So overall on the end of day one of third test, England’s score was 7 for the loss of 1 wicket.
