Musharraf to launch All Pakistan Muslim league on October 1st – Event details

Former Pakistan Army chief and President Pervez Musharraf is to officially launch the All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) on the 1st October, in this regard a number of events will be held in different cities. To be exact these events would be held in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Mufti Muneeb tells leader of ANP to stay away and keep quite

Previously the leader of Awami National Party (ANP) Ghulam Ahmed Bilur demanded that the current Ruhat-e-Hilal committee must be dissolved and the chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman must be replaced with the Mufti Shahabuddin Popalzai of Masjid Qasim Ali Khan. Bilur also called Muneeb as the product of the Musharraf age. Leader of ANP had issues with the moon sighting by Ruhat-e-Hilal Committee for Ramadan and Eid. Responding to this Mufti Muneeb told ANP leader to stay away and mind your own business. He added that he had opposed all the un-Islamic actions of Musharraf. Also told that the 95% of Pakistanis followed the Ramdan and Eid according to his decision of moon sighting, so 170 million Pakistanis can’t be wrong.

Being the national capital Islamabad must have the national flag not the flags of Ruling party but as depicted in picture taken on 31 Aug, 09 in the capital still the Pakistan People Party’s  flags are everywhere. Police registers FIR against former president Musharraf

Tuesday, 9am police registered FIR against the former President and Army Chief Pervez Musharraf. FIR was registered about his acts against judges of superior courts. Charges include dismissing the judges illegally and detaining the judges and their families to their houses. According to FIR these acts were performed illegally in collaboration with some of other judges which were also appointed by Musharraf illegally. Contents of FIR charge Musharraf with many things which include, damaging the judicial system of Pakistan, causing the mental torture to the lawyers and civilian population of Pakistan.
