Pak Suzuki Reduces the Prices all Wagon R Models

Ever since Pak Suzuki had launched Suzuki Wagon R in Pakistan, it was not getting much sales due to the competing Japanese cars which are available on lower prices and higher quality. However, those imported Japanese cars are not brand new and driven in Japan. Pakistan Suzuki have now reduced the prices of various trims (models) of Wagon R from epic 50,000 to 90,000 to get back in the game. For example the basic model which was earlier available in 899,000 PKR is now available in 849,000 after reduction of 50,000 in the price. Toyota to Officially Launch Vitz in Pakistan

The buzz about Toyota launching the Vitz officially in Pakistan has been around from quite sometime but now from multiple sources the confirmations are coming that Toyota have solid plans of Launching the Vitz in Pakistan. However its not expected in current year. Toyota will be able to launch vitz officially in Pakistan at the end of 2016 or even in middle of 2017. Luxury tax on imported vehicles lifted in Punjab

Government of Punjab just announced the waiver of luxury tax which was applicable to imported cars category of 2000 cc and above. For 2000 cc to 3000 cc vehicles this was two hundred thousand rupees and for more than 3000 cc vehicles this was three hundred thousand rupees. This was the extra amount which had to be paid at the time of vehicle registration after the amounts spent on other taxes and custom duties etc. This tax was not there for long for the imported vehicles, this was made applicable just a year or so back and now suddenly waived.
