Imran Khan Speech to Address the Nation and to Reply the India (Video)

Published on

After the recent Pulwama attack on Indian forces, India have been playing same old blame game, which is just put the blame on Pakistani Administration and forces to cool down their own people. A perfect excuse to hide their intelligence failures.

So as always, this time as well, the Indian government have put all the blame on Pakistan. Their media is also heating things up and their tone and content revolves around the notion of teaching Pakistan a lesson through a possible attack.

Imran Khan recently addressed his nation as well as sent a strong message to India that we were earlier silent due to the important visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, we are ready for all possible solutions but would prefer the dialog. He also mentioned that if India initiates an attack, we will not think of replying, we will just reply, but on same time he insisted that war will make things go terribly wrong. So, again, be wise and come dialog with us.

So, following is the video of his speech, which was an address to nation as well as a message to India.

So, if you heard the speech above, you would have noticed that Imran Khan even offered to take action against anyone involved from our soil, after India provides some actionable proof.

He also mentioned that its election year India and to get the votes from his people the Modi government is trying to give something to the people, that look, we have taught a lesson to Pakistan.

Finally, in my opinion war is not the solution, it will bring damage to both countries, India think wisely as also mentioned by the Prime Minister. Must bring forward any proofs if they have or go silent and solve their own problems internally other than making issue of them and searching of excuses.

Court delays hearing of the appeals of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Safdar until after elections

Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered to keep Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar remained behind the bars until the upcoming General elections of 2018, which are going to be held on 25th of July. The Sharif family’s lawyer submitted the appeal against the Avenfield apartments case decision in IHC.

The judge of IHC delays the hearing of appeals and put it into the waiting list and also issued the notices to NAB and investigation officer to give the records of this case. Three appeals have been filed by the Nawaz Sharif and two filed by Maryam Nawaz and Capt Safdar. These three members of Sharif family have been sentenced in the corruption case and were expecting to come out of the jail before the election and start the campaign of their party, but their hopes got shattered one more time and their appeals have put into the rest till the last week of July.

Pakistan Muslim League- N leader requested the court to not waste time he said, “We want that the appeal should be decided as quickly as the trial was held”. The former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and her spouse capt (retd) Safdar got arrested into the illegal property case of Avenfiled in London and presently these three are in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.

The former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz found guilty in reference of Avenfield flats case. Nawaz Sharif was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 8 Million fine and Maryam Nawaz sentenced seven years in prison and 2 Million fine while, Capt. (retd) Safdar was given a one-year imprisonment.

The Sharif family submitted the plea to delay the verdict announcement in front of NAB, which was declined. The National Accountability Court’s (NAB) Judge Muhammad Bashir announced the verdict against Avenfield flats and ruled the order that apartments shall be seized by the Federal Government.

Moreover, Maryam Nawaz now cannot contest the upcoming general election of 2018. The Election Commission of Pakistan stated that Maryam’s name will be removed from the ballot papers of NA-127. Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were not present in the court and earlier on Thursday, requested to delay the verdict as they want to be in the court at the time of announcement but the court denied the plea and announced the historic decision in their absence.

The judge called the lawyers of both sides and didn’t allow the media inside the chamber until he reached the final decision. The Sharif family is currently in London due to ailing Kulsoom Nawaz and heard the verdict at the Avenfiled apartments together.

Moreover, right after the announcement Maryam Nawaz tweeted, “The accountability court verdict has further emboldened us to fight against tyranny.” She said that it was not a big punishment for “standing up to the invisible forces” in the country for the past 70 years. In another tweet, Maryam said, “Nawaz Sharif, you didn’t get scared; you didn’t bow down; you preferred Pakistan on your personal life. The nation is standing with you. You will emerge victorious,”

Furthermore, Shahbaz Sharif tweet right after the announcement, “Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) strongly rejects the verdict of the Accountability Court in the Avenfield case. History will remember this verdict in black words. The decision is flawed, politically motivated & has glaring loopholes.” He further said, “The NAB court’s decision is based on oppression & cruelty. The name of Nawaz Sharif was not mentioned in Panama papers nor was it there as owner of Avenfield flats.” While disagreeing to the NAB’s decision he tweets, “There is no denying the fact that NAB has dual standards of justice. Proven corruption cases have been pending before NAB for many years. Some as old as ten years but no action was taken. Justice on pick & choose basis is no justice.

PTI Takes its Decision Back to Appoint Nasir Khosa as a Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab

Published on

Pakistan Threek-e-Insaf has taken the U-turn and changed its decision of appointing or nominating Mr. Nasir Saeed Khosa as a former Chief Minister of Pakistan. This decision has been made with the mutual collaboration of both parties Pakistan Muslim League-N and PTI.

Nasir Khosa

The consultation has been done between Mian Shahbaz Shareef and Main Mahmood ur Rasheed to nominate Khosa as former Chief Minister. Both of them discussed briefly on this matter for a long time and agreed on it. Mian Mahmood ur Rasheed said, “Proper consultations were not held and the decision was taken in haste.”

Shahbaz Shareef tweeted on Monday, “Glad to announce that Leader of the opposition Punjab and I have agreed on the name of Nasir Saeed Khosa as caretaker Chief Minister Punjab for interim setup. Another step towards strengthening the democratic process.” However, on Thursday PTI changed its decision in its core group meeting with Imran Khan and released the statement to remove Khosa’s nomination and consider someone else.

On the other side, Punjab Government declined this decision and considering it unconstitutional. According to them, this decision has been made with the consultation of both parties, so now withdrawing the name would be against the law.

Furthermore, the Law Minister Rana Snaullah commented on this situation, “Khosa’s name was finalized through consultation. There is no way to retract the whole consultation process by withdrawing an agreed nomination. Holding fresh consultation is not possible as per the Constitution.”

Pakistan Threek-e-Insaf gives the reason of taking a U-turn on this decision that Mr. Khosa has the close relations and concerns with PML-N party and also with Sharif family. So, appointing him as a caretaker Chief Minister would not be the best option in favor of PTI. According to them, the interim Chief Minister should be neutral. While talking to press Mahmood ur Rasheed said, Not only the party activists but some senior PTI leaders and intelligentsia also objected to Nasir Khosa’s name that led the party to revisit its decision.” Against the PTI decision Information Minister Mariyum Aurangzeb said, “Running the country’s affairs is not a child’s play and Khan has proved he is not capable of that.”

PTI senior member said, “We respect Nasir Khosa for his credibility but he has become controversial as his closeness to Sharifs has become public and we don’t want anyone controversial as that will impact fair and free elections.”

PTI seems too much concerned about the selection of caretaker government and this is its second U-turn on the selection issue.
