  1. Was told the Election officials would come by, but they didn’t. Am slightly confused – even if the door to door survey ends this month, won’t registrations actually be open till December 2012?

    1. Unfortunately, they didn’t even bothered visiting some areas, as told by many people that no one even came to their doorstep.

Otherwise, in many cases they have distributed these forms but never came back. It seems like after the vote registration deadline, which was till 31 oct, 2011 no more vote registrations are possible.

Still I have emailed Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on issue, I am not hopeful but lets see if we get any response from Election commission.

I know many people, who still have not been able to register their vote due to this same careless attitude from ECP and government of Pakistan.

We will try to come up with update on the issue very soon.

  4. Folks,
I know there are lots of problem. please be proactive. Govt has limited resources. one should go to the ECP office and get registered your self and your family. Lets contribute some thing positively. Donot wait for Govt to fix the problem.
