No Irfan, not under any influence at all, I really appreciate the initiative, not only this specific one but the whole stuff, I mean they have at least payed some attention to fix things which needed to be fixed from long time.

But this must be just the beginning, lots of things are there on which they need to improve on, in order to provide the quality services to their consumers.

Well..I think KESC people should focus on their services. Instead of spending money on media or online campaigns they should update their obsolete distribution infrastructure.
